I’ve tried this all almost every week last summer. They make it in Korea too. It’s called Hwachae. At first even I thought that watermelon and milk can create poison (which isn’t suitable to most of the ppl) but thankfully it didn’t affect me.. and I enjoyed this wonderful sherbet/drink throughout.! It’s yum.🤘🏼😊

There are many street food vendors in various cities across India who use gloves and bottled mineral water for their preparations but a lot more don't use them. Also, you'll know those joints only if you are a local or eat out a lot. But yeah - more often than not you'll see a lot of unhygienic stalls.

washed hands are more better snd cleaner than dirty gloves, any way according to this drink even with a dirty hand or gloves is much more healtheir than drinks like coka cola, pepsi etc.....

All right look, it's good to take the seeds out beforehand if you're just trying it out I understand. That way the seeds are strained out and the juice is smoother and seedless. :3 Happy juicing though. Just trying to be helpful a colander and spoon is useful as well as a ziploc bag.

@@manojbamnia4756 All right thought about it a cheap cheese cloth. My mom does straining like that too cheap easy at home just use linen or cotton cheese cloth. Spoon ain't expensive to take seeds out. Just a prep time before to be prepared. It will yield better smoother flavor. Better pay for better flavor.

I don't know how much poisonous this drink is. First of all the milk... Milk from Pran brand is not pure, got aprroved illegally by BSTI. The other dreadful thing is the Rooh afza of Hamdard, it is fully chemical based, though a lot of flattery writing exist on the bottle's label.
But that recipe is awesome. ❤️❤️

Rule No 2: the ice is most likely industrial grade and not for human consumption
However, the vendor is using gloves and apron for hygiene... That's commendable...

I have a lot of Halwai friends who use inedible colours in their sweets but they never let me eat those and also warn me... Do you know that in sweets instead of using Pistachio (Pista) they use green coloured peanuts? These are industry secrets... Do you know that left over chickens and Muttons of Shaadi or other events are supplied to hotel owners at cheap rate?
