I personally still think kars and the pillarmen were one of the most unique JoJo villians.
The best villains with varied skills. Nowadays in Jojo's everybody uses a freaking stand. It sometimes gets tiring. I wish that the supernatural creatures like vampires, zombies and Pillar Men could return or new inmortal beings like demons. They could easily take down a stand user if they are fast enough.
I think the most unique thing is still because of his motive, who only wants to live quietly with his fetish, but instead he lives in Crazy Noisy Bizarre Town.

Edit: I'm not going to be skipping any parts, I feel as though I should enjoy the series as the creators intended me to. Thanks for the recommendations though, my friend used to skip through anime when he first started watching it, he doesn't anymore though and even admitted it was dumb, but you do you that's just my take on the situation.
