it's actually been like two weeks since my first week started but this video is finally up!! my spring semester just started so obviously i had new classes and all that. here is my last ever first week of college, and first week of school :'''')
feels strange that i won't experience another first week?? it's been a long four years of college, and a long howevermanyyears of learning in school!! i am ready for the rest of this semester, for graduation, and for whatever the future holds!

I just love how simple it is. Like her bullet journalling is so simple, easy and actually doable for the average person. I feel like she reminds me so much that simplicity is key and we can still be fabulous even when we are drowning in things we have to do.

A little tofu tip for you Nina!
Before you cut it, you should press the tofu in order to squeeze out the water! This makes it soak up the flavor of the rest of the dish!
You can press it with an actual tofu press (if you eat tofu a lot this might be a good investment), or you can just wrap the tofu in paper towels or a dish towel or something and then put something heavy on it like a pot or a pan and then leave it for a few minutes. Hope this helps!
