A little tofu tip for you Nina! Before you cut it, you should press the tofu in order to squeeze out the water! This makes it soak up the flavor of the rest of the dish! You can press it with an actual tofu press (if you eat tofu a lot this might be a good investment), or you can just wrap the tofu in paper towels or a dish towel or something and then put something heavy on it like a pot or a pan and then leave it for a few minutes.
