Yeah, I’m teaching my 8 yr old to touch her shoulder during warmup drills that way she doesn’t get into the habit of having a straight arm on release. She’s come a long way in a short amount of time for her age. Praying she sticks with it cause the league she plays in always struggles going from coach pitch to player pitch.
Possibly. But a rise slurve in the zone can get you a mound visit in the ER with proper grip. Refined repetition boost control and velocity by 3.8 speed ph. Honestly you can’t go wrong with the leg kick in the can.
Do you suggest against hello elbow? I see her firing her arm out and not bringing it up. My daughter is learning and she does this out of habit but her teacher is training her to bring her hand up to chest.
Don't do hello elbow - It can cause future injury. She needs to be forearm firing/whip/internal rotation (all diff names for the same thing). I was confused in this video that she was pitching with the correct form in most drills (IR) but the "make it snappy" drill is teaching hello elbow which is not a good drill to do.
So I guess players love to compete and healthy competition is good for the team
Where did you ever hear that? /s
Lol

Does healthy competition help the whole staff?

I think it might but I’m not sure. The video is unclear on that😂
What kind of question is that?

Jesus Loves you all very much!! God Bless everyone!!
Always follow thru! Release then bring hand straight up to shoulder/ chest. Dont teach this lazy release. Your losing speed with a lazy snap
