They are still quite broken, when you change the color of one hand specifically the advance thingy it shows both hand as the same color but it's fine it's just a minor glitch

THEN copy the decal id because it will change 5. replace the shirt id on the link with your decal id and change "catalog" to "library" 6. hit enter 7. BOOM! now you have the decal!
