There was something in the beginning that reminded me of Dead on Arrival. I’ve listened to Bearings before, they have great songs and are worth a listen!!
'welcome to the breakdown with Nath and Robbie', that Robbie Williams impression 😆 liked the sound of this group a lot, will need to check out more fron them and agree, having a more predictable sound in a song isn't always a bad thing. would love to hear your thoughts on Next Semester from twenty one pilots new album.
Honestly feel like this is a step back for Bearings, and you should check out some of their earlier work. Their last album had a lot of vaguely 90s alt/garage-rock influence and had a really unique vibe that I feel is just kind of gone here. This is paint by numbers pop-punk. Still performed well because Bearings is a good band who clearly grew up with the genre, but it's lost some of their identity in the process imo.
So glad you checked them out. They are IMO the most underrated band out there
Love Bearings! Been waiting for you guys to check them out and so glad you did. They’re one of my favorites they never disappoint
You guys never cease to find music that I've never heard of and instantly enjoy. Appreciate all you do! 😅
Would love to see y’all react to their album “The Best Part About Being Human”. Such a phenomenal album top to bottom.
Love this! Reminds me so much of Set Your Goals. Damn, what a track for the Summer!

When i first heard them years ago on their first album i thought they reminded me of Jimmy Eat World meets Transit
Ohhhh sweet Johnny....as a Brit....that was a questionable accent 😂 TBF I couldn't pull off an Aussie accent either 😅

It's been almost two weeks since the release of Four Year Strong - uncooked and yet still no reaction!?
