Thanks for posting this video! I've been considering purchasing monitors from the Dell Outlet store, if I can't purchase used monitors of the model numbers I want. I partially want to buy used monitors since I wouldn't be using the stock Dell stands (but would keep them for when I resell the monitors later on).
My brand spanking new Dell didn't even come packed like this from Best Buy. They repackage refurbished products with more care cushion vs cheap cardboard thats standard..
I had a thinkpad with business grade warranty on it for like 10 years, laptop died once, they sent a guy to my house he took it apart couldnt fix it, brought a box, packed it up, sent it off at like 10am that day, and literally came back with a new laptop the next day. Best warranty I ever got, they lost money on that laptop.
Complaining about a scratch on a scratch and dent product is moronic.
Main problem was track pad:)
In fairness they sent him a new one so it worked out well for him
