Thank you Max. I really enjoyed your explanations and the beautiful views of my country. My next Camino will be the 40th. Yes, if everything goes on schedule I will reach the catedral of Santiago by foot and will be the 40th pilgrimage, walking the kilometer 24.000 on arriving to Molinaseca. The Camino is an incredible mixture of culture, tradition, history and people from all over the World, and I love it.
I enjoyed this do much. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. I've been looking at the Camino of two years now and each time I see or watch something the more I want to be part of it. Thanks again
Max, we met at Mike and Andrea’s. I also walked part of the Camino. You made it look much easier than I remembered it to be. Fantastic job with the video!
Great video Max. Very informative. Enjoyed it very much. Reminded me of my own Camino in 2018 and all the fun I had. I’m walking it again this April. I’ve written a novel about the Camino called The Catching of the Camino Wind. It is now available @Amazon.com in either paperback or e-book.
Wonderful video! I enjoyed the scenery and your informative and entertaining commentary. 😊 I hope you are able to finish the Camino one day and loved having a glimpse of your journey. Thank you for sharing!
Max, great video thanks for posting. I am leaving for SJPP in 29 days. Planning on doing the whole 800km. I like how you speak 3 languages which allows you to meet more people :-) Buen Camino
That’s a great video and I’m only sorry that it didn’t go on until the end of the Camino. I laughed at the bloke from Blackpool’s reply to why he was doing the Camino - nowt better to do. What a great find that campsite was. Do you have the name of it please and did you book it in advance. I loved the footage of your early mornings and those long shadows and special kind of light. Thanks again for posting.
Hi Ian.The name of the campsite is IRATXE. Catering mainly for Spanish families with kids. They welcome pilgrims. It made a change to staying in a hostel. I did not book it in advance. The pool was cool and refreshing. Good luck on your trip.
Arrived in Roncessvalles around lunch time, and it just wasn't quitting time.I was used to running a 10K in my trainers, so I thought they would work on the Camino. There is not enough cushioning in a trainer, I think next time I will go with my Merrel Ventilator Hiking Shoes, and think socks.
Tom and family in Japan were quite impressed with this video. We are interested in hiking the route you took all the way to the Atlantic. We have two kids who will join us. They are six and three. Any advice?
Good luck with your trip. There are many ways to do the Camino. There are buses for tired members of the family, and hotels instead of hostels. I only did 10 days, I wish I had more time off. Just do it. Great experience
Fantastic film max! One of the best Camino videos I have seen. Great to see and hear what you do, where you go and your thoughts! I am riding g the Camino for the second time next month and hope to be able to be as good on camera as you. Will try my best to be natural and honest! Check out Cmaino bikepacking channel to follow my journey! Great work Max!!
Hi Max, loved the videos. Will be on the Camino this May.....starting again with my nephew, can’t wait ! - Michael

I love the music you played in the background of your video. Can you tell us what it was?
I think I might have figured it out. It sounds like an instrumental version of a Coldplay song. Don't know which one though.
I walked the Portuguese Camino in 2017 - I plan to walk this route in 2020 just before my 70 birthday. Perhaps we will meet on the Camino.
