If you can’t find leg warmers (go back to 1984 they are everywhere 🤭😜) or don’t want to spend money on them, take an older pair of track paints, not ones with a huge legs or a thick pair of leggings and cut them just above the knees and you have perfect leg warmers for this purpose ♥️♥️🇨🇦

I have thin calve muscles so I do hill climbs every day plus I also wear a striped knee socks with calf inserts on the outside of the calf in the summer. Knee high boots in the winter

Put a material elastic bank in it or a string to tie it... Preferably the same color of the boot.
