Hybe obviously only chooses good dancers and doesn’t think about the fact you can’t really make a decent bridge without strong vocals hence why Lesserafim’s flopping compared to NEWJEANS since newjeans at least had unique vocal tones and are all quite similar in range

My favorite voices in the group are the aussies. However, I’m so glad that they had the Korean gals doing most of the English lyrics. Their accents add so much interesting textures to the song, which is so minimal. When Danielle and Hanni sing on this song, they sound beautiful, but when the other gals sing, it really adds to the fantasy feel of the song.

I think they could've done more with this song, right now it's good but it could be better. I expected a bubblegum kinda concept for ASAP or something closer to Super Shy but this sounded more like a prelude.
NewJeans are currently the most artistic group in K-pop. The groups that are artistically active in the kpop group that I have seen so far are f(x) and Red Velvet. But NewJeans seem to be more advanced than them in a good sense. Coincidentally, it's the same person who designed the concept of the group mentioned above. NewJeans is really changing the landscape of K-pop in that it secures artistry, not just commerciality.
What I realize from this album is usually kpop song put english in it to enrich their song while still famous with their own language, but this album gave me the reverse card 😅 a kpop song with almost full english with little touch of hangul to enrich their song....idk how to feel about this lol, but super shy is great
This sounds amazing with good bluetooth headphones. Plus the background sounds and the tik tok sound going back and forth is heaven Especially when it get to the "just for a minute" chef kiss 🤌
