Beautiful restoration. I have an 87 too with a very rare Westcoast swinger and a few other goodies. You are missing one thing you didn't mention, the rubber caps that cover the bar clamps. Would love to see you reproduce the rear tires. No other aftermarket tire looks as good as stock.
