Yep, they finished that project a couple of months ago. The lane split at Zoeterwoude is controversial though, people report more delays there now than during construction. They should've kept three through lanes in each direction.
Do you have any plans to shoot videos like this in the UK or Ireland? You're the only good Freewayjim-style producer I've found in Europe and I can't find any doing UK or Ireland roads!
Over bijna 50 kilometer geen enkele keer gebruik gemaakt van de meest rechter rijstrook. Ik vind je video's ontzettend interessant, maar ik heb nu maar weinig van de A4 mee gekregen omdat ik meer zat te letten op het (op inhaalacties na) continu onnodig links rijden.
Could anyone explain one weird thing about the traffic signs that I noticed in this vid.. Most of those overhead "lane guide" signs had arrows pointing up, but few of them had the arrows pointing down.. I know that there are different styles used in different countries, but this is the first time I've seen both on the same road. Do they have different meaning in NL or are they just some weird things out there for no obvious reason??
Ja, dat nieuwe stuk ga ik zeker wel eens filmen :) Openstelling is gepland voor eind 2015, dat is qua belichting en dergelijke niet heel gunstig (lange schaduwen, laagstaande zon).

i live near this route and when i saw the title A4 Delft - Amsterdam, NL i thought to myself oh neat they finished the leiden highway project hehe

The signs with arrows pointing down are the old style, these are being replaced by the signs with upwards pointing arrows.
