Love movies like this I was born 1972 I'm 51 yrs old now remind me of my family mom dad aunt grand parents good ol days 💯👍😁💙 I'm from Chicago born and raised I now live in Atlanta ga 🙏
Im 55 ys old I remember these movies when I was a teenager. Sitting in the living room floor after soul train . come on .they would play these movies on channel 9 .when in Chicago .born and raised south side .115 th Roseland area. ..I miss those days and could wait to go outside afterwards to play ...lol
An old white dude watching these movies in 2024 again. I cant get enough of this. There were jobs back then worth having. No phones or laptops to bother us. The only ad we watched were on tv. Man those were the days.
Glad I found this, I'll be checking it out in the next couple days. Brings back so many memories for a 59 year old black man watching these movies with the family.
Saw this at the drive-in with my family. Me and my sibs were too young to understand a lot of this. But, mom and dad were laughing their a**es off. 😂😂🍿🍿🍿
sittin on the floor in front of the tv , after soul train went off they played these movies , in the earlyyy 80.s i was 13 years old , in chicago south side roseland
This is one of the most hippest Black movies of the 1970's. Even though it's a comedy movie with an all Black cast, I wouldn't consider this as "blaxploitation". Just clean cut and to the point with a great cast of movie legends, comedians and stars.
One of my all time favorite movies grown-up as a kid... Uptown Saturday Night. Bit of a history lesson, in the beginning credits Sydney Poitier was work in a factory... not to many factory jobs in America anymore. How far we come from the 1970's.

❤❤❤. Yes we love ❤️ this movie and All the wonderful 👍🏾 Actors of that time!!! And black 🖤 women have always had the butt that others are paying for today. So please stop 🛑 with the crazy ass surgeons too inject fake mess!!!
It was the style for some reason No it wouldn't scrub..wide on back was for traction. Since the front didn't need it well you usually git 14x7 and 15 x8 or 10 in rear.
People can't erase what Cosby has done for the entertainment industry. What he did to those women like every other man with power in that industry was routine. They conspired against him after he boldly tried to buy NBC, it pissed off the power structure and they warned him to step away, so like always the powers that be constructed that plan to destroy his character. They knew of him being with those women just like everyone else was and they set him up. It's unfortunate for him, but that's how they do when taking down a black man with money and power to match them and exceed them. #Facts...

That was the black man's style back in the 70s, we wore afro's as well, with the Beard and mustache, clean or shaggy, I tell you this, that real black women in those days saw past petty shit like that, they loved their black man.

Alright welcome home Bill Cosby 🎉
Would it scrub if you did the deep dish rims in the front? What is the reason generally behind doing deep dish in the rear and not the front?

He is a falsely accused rapist who’s owed apologies from low information people like you.
This film still looks like an Amos 'n Andy script dusted off.
Is that Bill Cosby with all that nasty hair covering his face??? Ugh, that's absolutely horrible, it looks like he's wearing a mask.
🤣🤣
Your name sounds like you’re covered in lama hair. 😂
