Nope. And that's normal in any kei car due to the extremely narrow frame the car sits on. There's not that much space behind the rear seats. They can typically take the equivalent of one standard suitcase (maybe two if you use smaller carry on cases) and that's it without collapsing the rear seats. Not to mention, you really don't want to be reclining in something whose body is not up to international crash test standards (another trade off of staying below a certain weight limit to keep road taxes on the car cheaper), as the car would quickly introduce your head to the hatchback door in a rear end collision if you were reclining.
