My Dad grew up just a couple blocks from the Niagara Branch in North Tonawanda. He used to tell me those Central Passenger Engineers would just hold down the whistle for the street crossings running at close to 90!

Jesus enough with the horns, there's barely any grade crossings all the way from Black Rock to NT, so there is no reason to stand on the horns like that, it's just obnoxious
COME ON! You can't show the whole train, but you can show from hearing overly executed horns from a great distance when it's not in view?!? Show the whole manifest, please!?!
Very nice catches. I was in NT the same day as you when you caught B795 with the Warbonnet (14:55). I was lucky to have been trackside when it went by! Also saw the same CP with no side lettering in Buffalo last summer.
Great video
I didn't even know new York had Santa fe
New York never had ATSF, that was just foreign power from like 2014, most of those ATSF SD70Ms are either scrapped or sold or repainted
Friendliest Crews in America on the Niagara branch. Great video
Excellent video. RIP switchers though.
I live in Kenmore and I always here the trains
Wow!!! So so cool!!
Great catch and really LOUD!!
Enjoyed it so much!!
Ngl but I live near the Niagara Branch. It’s cool though but sadly it’s not busy.
Not even 4k video, But so clear and perfect video!! Great angles on your shots!!
Lots of friendly crews in this video! 😊 Plenty of horn blowing and waiving.
You were one of the friendliest Rodman....

That BNSF SD75M at 14:30 was epic! My favourite spec of K3LA!
Awesome video I love the nt trains I live and grew up in nt
At 6:15, it sounds like mr. Gregory Lund
Didn't even know we had a B795 or Y121 coming up to Niagara yard.
I thought only B792, B793 and Amytrack
Love all the classic search light signals, awesome!!!

What street was the crossing that the Amtrak 64 in Buffalo went over?
Exchange street. I believe
did that locomotive have a stuck open valve
What is the CSX subdivison from buffalo-batavia (maybe farther)
Just east of the Depew station, the line transitions from the Buffalo Terminal subdivision to the Rochester subdivision
Wow! What a cool video, great stuff!
Great video, wish you would throw some dates up their. I work the B793 when ever I can hold it, and I'm wondering if I was on any of these.
Where Does B793 originate and terminate? And if it works anywhere, where does it work?

I love Csx’s droopy head light trains haha
Great video and Horn Shows! What did the sign at 30:42 say?
Trump Train
4:29
This must be some old footage
Thumbs up for the video :)
How many trains run per day on this route now?
6 Amtrak pre-Covid, and about 3-7 CSX depending on the day and what special trains might be running.
Glad to see CSX in YN2 paint-scheme still.
A little overdone with the whistle!
Amazing video! When did all of this take place?
