All your videos are good and informative about how the big hay business works, and you say I don't know when you don't know, no bs, thanks for that to.
I have been a fan of your video for about 1 years now and I am at the airport going to navy boot camp right now. Keep up the good work and keep posting videos I might not be able to see them for a about 8 weeks but there is a lot of people that love them.
I wish I could adjust chamber pressure on my two string wire tie baler on the move. I have to get off the tractor and turn the hydraulic valve by hand. If you get too muck pressure the wire breaks. I run a Steffens accumulator setup behind it and can relate to not being able to see every thing you want like a broken wire that fills the accumulator with flakes.
Man baling Alfalfa sure does require lots of work!!! We finally got irrigation water, man was I surprised with what came out of the irrigation pipe!!! Scared the crap out of me 😲💀.
Hey Trevor, WD40 all the way bud, love your channel, and dust less bushings doesn't apply to Arizona, ya can't explain to people the dust and heat from AZ. Keep up the good work mate from New Zealand. 👍🇺🇸💪🇳🇿
I have nothing to do w ag, just find it interesting. I DO find the new era of feed fascinating! PLEASE keep up the great content Bales! Here in Cali I see more and more machinery in the fields and this steam system sure seems like a god send fer producers scheds... W that said I am SURE yer banker LOVES this debt load too... STUNNING the tech and prep! Cool to see man. Thx again fer taking the time to film edit and share! Sounds like a LOT of work! Cheers from Santa Cruz Ca
How many bales does each baler put out per year? How often do you rebuild your knotters? How many years do you run your balers before you replace them? How extensive is your winter overhaul, do you have a shop that you overhaul them in?
Oh man, it changes by several thousand every year. We do complete rebuild every year. With these steamers, we’re in new territory. We’re not sure how long we’ll keep them. We kept older ones for 5 to 8 years.
You are correct. You have a different level of quality. There is a hay producer-broker in Ohio who is constantly bragging about the quality of his hay. I tell him he doesn't know what quality hay( especially ) alfalfa looks like and he should watch your channel. I don't think he wants to do that.
Here I thought you bought a new setup… I seriously doubt most people understand the money farmers have tied up in equipment. That’s over a million dollars for your balers with steamers, plus, I’d guess, at least another $150,000+ for the 4th setup. Then there’s all the support equipment, buildings, land, fuel, etc., and all that with no guarantee that you’ll have a crop to harvest and sell. I think it’s basically impossible to be a farmer without believing in God
Hello Mr Bales Hay Are the squeeze units owned by you that is the design of these units or is desighn an open for any body to use these systems of transport of hay
Now I got a question, now I know humidity is in Arizona real low. I just would like to know why hay needs to be steamed if it is to dry. I was not aware of such a thing then to dry hay

That’s awesome! Try to enjoy it!
You should get the special WD-40 dry lube so it doesn't gum up with dirt on the cylinders
Poor Zach getting picked on lol. He uses the specialist can, and he drinks Northern Chill too.
To be a generational farm every generation must improve on the generation before. Doing good Trevor
Come on Bales. Hand tight is good enough. Plus you have quite a few extras.
Hope all are well and safe.
Brilliant video thanks 👍
Hello from Saskatchewan, Canada great videos thanks for sharing
Isn't WD-40 advertised by that guy that plays the Millennial Farmer? From Minnesota or somewhere like that? Haha. Awesome reference.
Thanks for sharing your time with us
Great video Trevor thank you.

Thank you!
Trevor we use pb blaster works great. Love the greaseless clerfs less mess.

Do you ever have issues with those Massey balers not tying or bales breaking
You should use RV slide lube it's dry but it keeps your rams lubed and works great

Is the baler pre plumbed for the steamer or is this done at your farm by your crew?
What camera system are you using on the balers?

Thank you!!! Oh yes, lol the banker loves us!!!
@@BalesHayFarmandRanch Its been great watching your operation on youtube! Cabs look like cockpits not the old junk I run from time to time!
Good work

Greetings from Mexicali, Baja California Mexico
Seems like everyone missed the WD 40 joke , was that regular or silicone? Allways enjoy youre video's.
Regular. Lol. Thanks for catching on.
@@BalesHayFarmandRanch I found youre channel from zach . Big fan of both of you .
How do you gather and stack your hay in the field?
Oh man, you have a lot of catching up to do. I don’t want to spoil it, watch more videos!
How is your water situation there?
Eehhhh so so. For now we’re surviving.
Hi Mr Bales where do you buy those accesories?? Like scale and the mousture cheking for the balers
Hi. I think you emailed me. Stotz equipment in Buckeye.
@@BalesHayFarmandRanch I send you an email already
Have you found the steamer has made a big difference to your bottom line? Has this made your operation more efficient? Thank you in advance.
Yes, we really like it.
Listening to you describe how something works is like having someone who doesn’t speak Spanish try and teach you how to speak Spanish.
get some CRC Dry Graphite Lube, will last longer and doesn't attract dirt
A spray bottle filled with wd 40 really does a good job for doing tasks like oiling those shafts.
Probably save me a lot of money.
Call Zack cause they sponsor him. He needs to share the wealth. LOL
got that new bluetooth lug nut I see

Lol.
If that’s how much WD-40 it takes, I’m buying some stock tomorrow morning. Between you and that actor, I’m going to be rich.
on the hay side you're our ZJ lol
Lol

Hello Mr Bales Hay
Are the squeeze units owned by you that is the design of these units or is desighn an open for any body to use these systems of transport of hay
There is a company that makes them in Washington. Sunny D.
I'm a WD40 fan but don't those seals work best clean and dry. I would think lubricant like that would collect dust and dirt.
They told me to use it 🤷🏻♂️
Haven't been seeing your main mechanic he still with yall
Chava? Yes. He’s still
Now I got a question, now I know humidity is in Arizona real low. I just would like to know why hay needs to be steamed if it is to dry. I was not aware of such a thing then to dry hay
To help keep the leaf!
Spray the bugs
We do.
Who eats most of your hay? Cows or horses?
Horses.
First
Is your last name really Bales?
Wd40 eats seals
Hey, what happened to your sponsors? Their going to kick you worse than I would.
Great video. Now get back to work. 🚜🐄🦧
