If they remake this, it would be epic as hell, I can definitely see Justice Smith as Taran and Andy Serkis both voicing Gurgi and Creeper but I don't about the others
You can see how it had potential so if it had been given the correct treatment it would probably have become the milestone Disney was hoping for. Its still a good film despite its flaws

The first Disney animated feature to have all the credits be at the end, and the first to not have "THE END" after the final scene. Though occasionally afterward they'd have "THE END" appear before the credits as a throwback (such as "The Great Mouse Detective" and "Aladdin"). The credits art is nice, though. After this, the norm would be to have the end credits just roll over a black background (though a few films like "The Great Mouse Detective" and "The Rescuers Down Under" have the credits start over the background of the final shot before it fades to black).

The Black Cauldron was inspired by the book series by Lloyd Alexander, The Chronicles of Prydain. Also The Black Cauldron movie based primarily on the first two novels, such as The Book of Three (1964) and The Black Cauldron (1965).
@@warsthemarvel8608 However, since Ralph Bakshi's 1978 version of The Lord of the Rings was loosely based on the two novels without a third one, and Rankin-Bass' 1980 version of The Return of the King was based on the first three novels mainly.
I love this movie and I always watch through these credits. I hate that movies today rarely have unique credits like this. It's usually just text on a boring backround... Bring back this style and the wonderful music!
That's right! I have noticed this when I watched the Black Cauldron on Toon Disney in July of 2008 (now Disney XD, aired on Disney XD in March, September, and last aired on October of 2009). Last "Walt Disney Productions" film.

My favorite end credits, the music is so beautiful and spectacular.

The Horned King was the most scariest character
He certainly is very sinister and John Hurt did a fantastic job voicing him.
