*[...Jacob showing his dad card...] "hey let's blow some Mickey Mouse ears on this thing!"8 *Also a clean cut that's going to save you 25 minutes of cleanup AFTER you have the rigtht file and flapper disk found.*
If your using the plug, start with your tip outside the cut, blow through, then without letting off of the high pressure, slide the point into the punch mark. Try to make it a smooth transition and just start your radius cut immediately after you drop in to the punch mark. What this does is make it where you don’t have a blow through hole in your part. If you’re using the hole, do the opposite. When you get used to it, you won’t even need to grind. Unless you’re going to weld on it.
You can make 1 out of a piece of 1” flat bar drill a 1/4” hole then measure whatever the radius of a circle you want then drill a hole for the drag tip to fit in. Drill a 1/4” hole in the center of the circle you want and put a bolt . It works pretty good just have to weld the hole up when your done and it’s cheap
Hypertherm makes them. They fit straight onto the torch. Edit; Because y’all have a drag tip you don’t need the outrigger wheel. You can still use the wheel if you want it’s just not necessary.
Thanks Jacob!! Definitely going to go check this out. We all appreciate all the videos you do!!! They a very educational and very informative. Be blessed sir!!
I didn’t quite understand how you adjust the radius of the cut. I can see how to raise and lower the torch up or down towards the steel using the wingnut. Or does it just come with a few different pre-set sizes of that L shaped attachment Like 1” 2” 4” or something like that? Stay blessed bro EDIT: Watched the B roll and first cut again. I see how to increase or decrease the arc now
This particular cutting device looks good but, I noticed that you didn’t show cutting a bigger radius, such as in the range of 8” to 12” in diameter. Little diameter like what you did there of about 5-6 dia is the maximum for this cutter device.
Thanks for the video on that circle rig! I’m gonna pick me one up. The link you put in the description doesn’t work though and I have to ask, are you growing one of those ridiculous mullets like I see every teenage boy have nowadays? Lol
That’s gorgeous smooth ass cut!!! That’s almost like a water jet cutter!!!
holy heck!! That thing is mint!! Why have I never seen one of them before. I must run with a real cave man crowd.
holy cow, gotta get me one of those, tired of walking around the material I'm cutting especially in a smaller shop setting
If you take care of it, it will last forever

Do they make them for plasma setup? That would be sweet deal for my hypertherm
My exact thoughts

Great review Jake 👍! Yeah some crazy weather, that's for sure.
Thanks Wade. Hope you are doing well.
@@JacobSchofield yeah not too bad. Stay safe out there buddy 👍
That sounds like some good ole Northern Missouri weather we get.
Has it been crazy over there too? Not going to lie we thought the snow was over 😂
We just made them ourselves, they're actually pretty simple!
3:53. Gostaria de saber o valor e se vcs importavam para o Brazil
Be curious to know how long that bearing lasts
I built my own circle cutter for the plasma cutter....I'm sure I could put a bushing in it and use it with oxy-acetylene
Right on.
Minty 👌. I really need to upgrade !
This thing is worth up grading to

I’ll do another video. This kit will cut I believe a 5/8 to 16” hole
Jacob do you know the discount promo code for this?
Exactly what I needed man, thank you
Glad it helped Jayden.
How do i get the tool
Well, you made me buy one......

Nice
Hows the pipeline work doing?
I haven’t been on a pipeline since last April. 😂 we where kinda forced to find other means of work which in the end was a huge blessing to us.
@@JacobSchofield you can thank Biden for that 👎💩
Straight torch on the small circle works better...... 90 degrees on a flange wizard for the bigger diameter holes
Sweet
Where are you located?
Western United States
Cool
Don’t force it. Get a bigger hammer. Your cuts look much like machine burned parts that I have had made. Good job!
👍👍👍
Looks to me a global warming 😂 😂 😂 😂 thank you for sharing
Get you local machinist to turn you out a bushing for that baby 👶 torch
Cory great thoughts, I think circle B technology is going to build a lot for a baby torch and a plasma set up. Should be coming out here shortly.
Wish it was about a hundred dollars
Very nice but to rich for this guys blood.
Good tools always cost money. But if taken care of this thing could be handed down.
Worth every penny??? How many pennies did you pay? Wtf
Lots of pennies.
