I have had elevated bilirubin since childhood. I drank curcumin extract without black pepper for one month, but did not notice any visual improvement in my health. But when I checked the blood, bilirubin was normal and high cholesterol went down.
And noticed that my eyes had turned white (they were always a little yellowish around the edges.

Thank you for a great video!! I'll be 74 years old tomorrow and I've never taken any Big Pharma drugs in my life. Why? Because I don't want them interfering with the natural herbs I may need to take. People who want to be healthy should not be taking Big Pharma drugs. I'm perfectly healthy and can even do feats that amaze people, like turning cartwheels with my grandchildren on the back lawn in the summertime and racing with them in the swimming pool. As far as my mental capacity is concerned, I belong to several high IQ societies ranked above MENSA and show no sign of cognitive disfunction. In the near future we should see some "new" old discoveries in medicine coming out. They can't keep them hidden any longer. Too many leaks have happened to stop the flow of information.

I started using turmeric for health reasons but I stayed for the taste. I do a dish originally call vegetarian black bean chilli which I add turmeric root. I love it when I get a bit of the root. I put turmeric powder in my hot chocolate along with cayenne along with a little coconut sugar and a powdered whole milk. I think the turmeric has helped my osteoarthritis in my right knee which was originally triggered about 45 years ago due to a genetic abnormality (hyper flexibility). I am now in the queue for a knee replacement. I may eat turmeric for the flavour and get the positive side effects. I think people who pay outrageous prices for turmeric supplements are idiots. I lost my fear of cooking in high school and still at 75 I cook most things from scratch and buy local and organic as much as possible. I watch your blog because it carries some interesting that I don't know.

Turmeric, also known as turmeric or turmeric root, is a spice widely recognized for its potential health benefits. Here's a summary of its main benefits:
Anti-inflammatory properties: Curcumin, the main active compound in turmeric, has strong anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce inflammation in the body and alleviate inflammatory conditions such as arthritis and inflammatory bowel diseases.
Antioxidant: Turmeric is rich in antioxidants, which help neutralize free radicals and protect cells against oxidative damage, potentially reducing the risk of chronic diseases and premature aging.
Brain health improvement: Studies suggest that curcumin may have neuroprotective effects and potentially reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's, as well as improving mood and cognitive function.
Promotion of heart health: Turmeric may help reduce risk factors associated with heart disease, such as high blood pressure, oxidized LDL cholesterol, and inflammation, which may contribute to cardiovascular health.
Support for digestive health: Turmeric may promote digestive health by stimulating bile production by the liver and aiding in the digestion of fats. Additionally, its anti-inflammatory properties may help relieve symptoms of digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome and inflammatory bowel disease.
Potential anticancer effects: Some studies suggest that curcumin may have anticancer effects by inhibiting the growth and spread of cancer cells and helping prevent the development of certain types of cancer.
While turmeric offers a range of health benefits, it's important to note that more research is needed to confirm and fully understand its effects. However, incorporating turmeric into your diet as a spice or supplement may be a simple way to potentially improve your overall health.

Nothing wrong with that, there are plenty of plant based doctors now in the US that are extremely knowledgeable about nutrition. Healthy Immune Doc, Dr. T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D
      Caldwell B. Esselstyn, Jr, M.D.
      Neal Barnard M.D., F.A.C.C
      John McDougall, M.D.
      Dean Ornish, M.D.
      Dr. Pam Popper
      Michael Greger, M.D. FACLM
      Michael Klaper, M.D.
      Joel Fuhrman, M.D.
Brenda Davis, Registered Dietitian. To name a few, and the list grows day by day, but these individuals are the leaders in the field.

I like your videos but i don’t understand why you are using these brands that are of the lowest quality, even toxic like McCormick?

I love your delivery and information that you provide but the sound effects of the banners are super annoying and I will not be able to watch any more of your videos
