i worked with a guy like that years ago,he was the foreman and i always gave him 100%, however on evening while at work several truck drivers showed up at the same time and i guess he wanted to show them what a big boss he was ,he came up behind me and hit me in the back of the head with a pair of gloves as he looked at the truck drivers and said something i really dont remember,i turned around and told him politely that if he ever did that again that him and i would have an issue,no sooner than i said that he slapped me across the cheek with the gloves not really hard but too show off in front of his trucker buddys,,i then proceeded to beat the hell out of him and the truckers just stood there watching while i gave this guy a lesson in respect.. he told me i was fired and that i can leave now, so i did ,not long after the big boss contacted me for my side of the story , ole boy refused to work with me after that saying i was a bully lmao,, didnt loose my job and he was moved to a different shift,,, he was let go not long after,,turns out this pos was the bosses nephew and had done this type of shyt to other employees, getting his ass handed to him must of been the last straw lmao!!!

I once worked with an ex-marine who was ~6” taller and 40# heavier than me, who threatened to throw me out the window of my 7th floor office. No witnesses, but he was afterward prohibited from ever communicating directly with me, all communications had to be via email with a third party CC’d, or indirectly via that third party. He wasn’t around 6-12 months later.

With the Raj story, I'm pretty sure any and every company I've worked for, Raj's feet would not have touched the floor after the first instance. Having said that, he was always going to run into the wrong person to get physical with ...and the very wrong person is a Glaswegian.

As a Glaswegian I agree 100% with you. In Scotland bosses like that moron are extremely rare for the same reason you stated, 'run into the wrong person'. TBH I have come across a couple of them back in the day, but they never last long. Getting their arse kicked a few times tends to put them off that kind of behaviour.

This is some juicy on-going revenge, and will have a further update at some point in the future.
My folks separated when I was in the second grade. My older brother, was a handful for my mother. Thus, mother made the painful decision to send him to live with my dad. It took my brother years to regularly talk to her again - after he was done with Trade school, and ended up living in the trailer next to us, as it was empty, because we'd moved out of it into the one I'd bought. I can honestly say, they've patched things up, because of Witch.
Witch is my father's second wife. Having three kids from her prior husband, during my father's weekends, things got crowded, between me, my older brother, and my younger brother, plus her three. When I was 15, I stopped going over - I have high functioning autism, and having that many folks in one place stressed me out. Also, I didn't have that good of a relationship with my brother at the time - took years for him to understand me.
Things changed for my brother. You see, we live in the countryside of Western New York, and we were brought up rural, as it were. Took some time to get Satellite, or Internet. My brother went to Chicago, and his eyes opened. Luckily, while he might of had to get his hands dirty, he kept himself otherwise clean, and while he might get the occasional call from some person that has certain connections, he made sure that he owed no one a thing.
Now, back to Witch. Soon after she married my father, they moved to the family farm, which has been in the family since my great-grandfather bought it. My father once held my brother's respect, and even mine as well (to the point that, when he had a stroke, I didn't see my father while he was in the hospital - I wanted to keep that image of a strong, take no prisoners, swearing up a storm, man, who could get you to work with just a glare, not some broken down sick person). However, as the years passed, and certainly after his stroke, Witch clamped quite the vice grip on him. Man used to love fishing and such, but now, can't even take a couple of days off to go on a trip with us boys (okay, we're in our early-mid thirties, but still...). Also, my Brother rents the old place from them, but doesn't get a family discount, especially when they have him work on the farm for free. We've also figured out that Witch plans to try to get everything she can when my father dies, least of which is trying to kick my brother out of the old place.
Enter Grandma. There's only two people that scare me, she being one - my mother's the other, but let's not talk about her driving in a city. Grandma's a battleax - mess with her, she don't call up the boys for help, she deals with you herself. She also loves us grandboys - don't insult us in front of her. She knows what Witch plans to do in the event of her death, as well as that of my father's. Thus, the Ultimate Revenge, that is in the works.
You see, currently, the family farm is in Grandma's name, while my father, with some occasional help from my uncles and other relations, works it. Grandma has been in somewhat private talks with my brother - in the event of her death, my brother will get the farm, the farmhouse, and her own home, outright. This will make father and Witch my brother's tenants, as it were. How do I know this? I've been spending time with my brother, and he has told me what's up. Best revenge is simply living well. I'm going to enjoy watching Witch kick and squirm.

P.S. Reminds me of a story I once heard of a city inspector that would wait till the last minute on Friday forcing crews to stay onsite until he was done with his inspection and sometimes not even telling people he was there. Some of these inspections were under the home to ensure everything was to code. One day a crew had spotted him (one of the days he didn't tell anyone he was there) having enough of his antics and went on the sly following him without his knowing. Eventually, after he went underneath a house to inspect, they blocked his access out and promptly left for the weekend. When someone finally found him he was a blubbering mess but never messed with anyone again with his antics.

6:00 I live in South Asia (Real Indian). This pest control company came up with a brilliant idea. They sell (among other things) a canister with pesticide + compressed air for consumers to DIY.
They released an ad where the hero's BIL is seen begging for some cash to take a chick to see a movie. Fed up from many similar requests, we can see the hero holding a pesticide spray and wondering?! He turns and aims the nozzle at BIL and lets loose. BIL vanishes!
This hilarious ad generated quite a lot of revenue for these clever ba++ards!

There have been a lot of instances where guys in trucks (always lifted trucks at that) will park in EV spaces, unplug EVs that are charging, back into the charge port to "accidentally" damage them, etc.

I confess. I live on the west coast of the U.S. (Mountains). In the several places I have lived, in the several states I have lived in, mosquito treatments are always done by local governments (districts). They are done one of two ways: most common is the truck foggers that blanket entire neighborhoods at one time or by spray planes. I have never heard of hiring someone to do that work. It is always included in an unitemized part of the property tax. That is just weird to me. Sure, we have exterminators for other pests, like ants and termites...but that is weird and completely out of my wheelhouse.

Yep, pest control companies do mosquito control treatments. My county does not do fogging. It's a great revenue source for the companies, cuz there are always going to be skeeters as long as there are places for them to breed .... treating your yard is not going to get rid of them. I have tried it, but they still come.
