Sad to see those prices - how do saffas manage to eat there - for us, in dollars food is so cheap compared to NZ!
So true! It is super cheap in Dollars but if you earn R300 a day in South Africa you are below the poverty line...
Bet you wish you could take those prices back to Van?
Oh Man - If it wasn't for the 30 hour flight I would have come buy groceries here :-)
Is there a lot of competition in South Africa?
Canadian supermarkets just seemed have a lack of competition to me.
The milk is about half price compared to.BC right?
@@davidclorley2991 There are only a few Supermarkets in South Africa but I think they are more competitive. In Canada most of them belong to the same group I believe...
