As a gene l think it woud be much more good that gene gets %50 of his ults if pulled brawler killed under 3 second. Or gene gets %50 his ult back if he miss. First one deffinitly ideal then 2000 damage buff (hiss second starpower) even though it woud eleminate gene potantial to be able to kill brawlers 7000 and 8000 hp range but gives much more potential while playing randoms. L dont know but k.o randoms dont allow me to hit my second or third shoots when l pulled some one low. Just let me get my ult back. It is much more annoying when l pulled someone below 4000. L can bearly get second shoot. This is dissgusting in K.O if you are playing against 3 long range. You cant get your ult rest of the game

I have a different idea for a fang star power: Fang's shoe will slowly transform into a energy blast the more his super is charged up, and the more his super is charged up, the more effects this energy blast will have: 1 hit: the damage is increased from 600 to 1050 2 hits: the range is increased by 1.5 tiles 3 hits: the shoe pierces through enemies If he uses his super the energy blast will turn into a shoe again, and he has to charge his super back up again in order to use his energy blast again. This should reward fangs who hold onto their supers instead of using them right away.
So I main Gus, and I love the idea of your Star Power for him, and I also thinks it’s pretty good. The one problem I have with it is that if you use Kooky Popper (his only good gadget) brawlers won’t go near the ghosts. But I still love all of these! ❤

The hardest thing of balancing old and adding new starpowers is the fact that many people keep using one of them rather than the other because its way better at all, or used only in certain situations (kit's 1st, bull's 1st). So as a gamedesigner, you need not only to make new star power strong enough to compete for popularity with others , but also not to make it overpowered. For example, Fang's second starpower is less efficient than the first one, so for me it won't be a surprise if almost nobody uses it. Your 3rd one makes him really aggressive, but not enough to call it broken, so I would have used it if it was in game.
My only nitpick with some of these is that too many of them do similar things, such as slows or effects happening every few seconds. Some of them could be different, for example Buzz’s 3rd SP idea could reduce damage of enemies within his ring radius, which fits the name “Intimidate” more than slowing enemies Either way, great video

An idea for Leon, the disguise kit from tf2. When you un invis,you turn into a dead opponent. They can shoot you or you can shoot to unmask. If in duo, you get the respawn shield and all.

The problem with star powers are that there is nearly always going to be one that's better. Leon is a great example, while smoke trails is undeniably a great star power, you'll always want to play invisiheal. There are very rare cases where both are equal in quality, but even then you'll usually find a better one. Edgar is fairly close, but which one is better is completely dependent on the meta, which isn't good for star power balance. While many of these ideas are great, I think that justifying it as "there hasn't been star powers added in years" isn't a good justification. That's like saying the new levels haven't been added in a long time so we should add more.
