Fabric used - Mikado
Length of elastic - 5 inches ( varies depending on the head circumference measurement)
Plastic headband length - 15 inches

Please the 3" wrapping fabric, did you sew it together to get 1.5" width before wrapping

There's no fixed measurement, 5 inches of elastic fits my head well but i make changes depending on the head circumference of the person wearing the headgear

The elastic length depends on the head size of the person wearing the headband. I got the label from Aliexpress
