1. i got a full squad from just playing the game and meeting people. You could try going to chases ranked discord server and get a team there
2. you need to give other specs about ur laptop because windows 10 has very little amount to do with performance
3. u can get a 36 hit ms by buying from someone or sitting in a custom match putting different numbers into a macro software for hours
