Hi Namitha, if the intermediate switch does not support IGMP snooping then it floods the VRRP hellos on all ports. VRRP still works, just the end result is a bit more "noisy" from the control plane perspective.

Hello can anybody make me understand what sequentially happens when we configure the vrrp on routers, vrrp advertisement , arp request etc. also the igmp signal is different from vvrp packets. i'm really confused ,
