I have that milk in my pantry for my morning coffee. I don’t like it as a beverage, but it’s fine in coffee and cereal.
I was never a milk drinker, and chugging down 2% doesn't sound appetizing. But without the milk i won't drink my tea. Mother had us making cups of tea as soon as we could reach the stove :) Are you making plans for the weekend? thankyou for visiting and i appreciate all your comments. xxoo A

I appreciate you !! I too suffer from severe anxiety and depression. I just found this video and the way you start your day is great . What book are you referring to? Where did you get the cards you have ?
The cards are from TEMU. Several channels have different decks and I enjoy the bonding. Mel Robbin's is the author of "High Five", if this were the only message i took away from her it would be so useful. But listening to her talk about the science behind it is fascinating. With my eyesight having gone wonky, I have been listening to Audio Books for years and years. I love to go to sleep with a book playing next to me. Mel Robbins has a you tube channel we can watch and listen for free. I love her voice. The other audio book of hers that I bought is "The 5 Second Rule". Keeping things short and sweet, to the point, I don't let my mind wander. Yes EVERY morning as soon as i open my eyes I sing out positivety numerous times and keep high fiving myself. All that beorei turn on a light!
