My family originated from here. We just spent the weekend there (under sad circumstances) we buried my grandparents in Namur - a small town a half hour from there - We spent a few days at Tremblant in the village and had an amazing time! Mount Tremblant is just as fun in the summer as in the winter! Zip Lining, Tree Trekking, Tonga Lumina, Summer Luging, it was amazing!
Haaa! "My lipstick's frozen!" I can't believe how brave you are trying all the new things in all the new places. Your videos are inspiring! Love, love them! Keep travelling, keep filming, keep sharing! Thank you so much.
my country! sadly I've never traveled to that part of my home and native land. it's absolutely stunning there. I want to visit during the fall to see the leaves change color
Travelista Teri I'm from Ontario. Montreal is pretty much french Canadien but Ontario is English. but french is our 2nd language so we learn both in school. have you been yo toronto? I live in a suburb outside of the dot
There on the 19th of December. Highly recommend AirBnb as some amazing condos. We scored a 3 bedroom with an in house sauna as part of the golf resort-so also has hot tub/steam room. Beautiful part of Canada. Dress VERY warm, and do not forget to have the fondue.
Great video Teri - I'm a huge fan of the area! Just wanted to quickly say, the pin location on the map at the beginning of the vid is actually Montreal, and Mont Tremblant's quite a way northwest of there for people thinking about making the trip :)
Thanks, Teri! Next time I'm in Mont-Tremblant, it'll be wintertime, and I'll make reservations for the spa. As for tubing, I'm afraid it'll cause a heart attack. Dog sledding ... heck-yeah!
Great video with a great list of things to do. I would just add that there are a number of ski and ski out hotels in the resort village. But the Fairmont is the only one with views of the slopes.
Thanks for the video! I think you shouldve put in the title of the video: in Mont-Tremblant IN WINTER because in summer and spring there are so many great things to do there that you didnt mention :D
I cannot understand why videos focused on Mt Tremblant never talk about Le Circuit. Le Circuit was built in 1964 and has hosted some of the biggest motorsport events in the world, F1, Can-Am, Trans Am and Indy Car. The track still holds regional events and vintage races in the spring, summer and the fall. The Jim Russell Driving School still holds their classes there. In recent times the track has struggled with the ever encroaching cottage people. It is such an historic track. I hope it survives. From 1964 to 1972 I went to every major event that was held there.
Totally love this. My kind of vacation/adventures. Perhaps except the helicopter ride though. Have only been to Toronto which was just as expensive as Switzerland. Is the French part of Canada more reasonable?
I went there I had a skiing school but they were so mean I asked them for the sticks they said yes and I skied like a pro but then when I asked for them again they said no! so I try and try and try and still nothing! but the rest was so fun if you did not know there is a guy that lets kids and adults to ride ski bike recommend going there guys!
