Midtempo dancetrack in the minor key, Close your eyes and lift-off! The sound of the track as well as the video reminded me of The Knive's album Swilent Shout.. It's probably the weird dance-couple in the end of this video and the costumes they're wearing

Back in the early 90s there was a crossover hit that was similar to chorus in this. Electronic hit, women chanting (not Gregorian) a rhyme, possibly in Italian or Spanish. Just cannot find it again.

There are tons of raves in Germany. And I'm not talking about this shitty dubstep, broshit crab. Techno is still as big or maybe even bigger then in the 90es.
So the ending. Why do they all hit the floor, instead of the female character accepting them, and joining them in dance? This puzzles me.
I thought the whole subject matter was clear, the end scene represented androgynous, outcast, avant garde, transexual, artists etc., "unusual" people, the crowd represented the masses and resistance to those who are different, not mainstream. The woman between the crowd and the "artists" represented the individual on the cusp of leaving the masses because she is intrigued by the outsiders/alternative life. She is reaching in both directions so she has not decided yet her path, but she seems more drawn to the artists/freaks/alternative life, she is intrigued. Wish she had moved forward and embraced them. My only regret with the video. Maybe they were showing how hard this choice is for some?

Thanks for a reasonable explanation. I like the music, listened to the purchased album this morning during my run. Listening to the whole thing for me was like watching 2001 part two - the way I thought it should have been. A good sound.

I thought it was the opposite: she was a free spirit in the beginning, with all the people in the mosh pit representing individual choice. Then she was somehow indoctrinated into the mainstream, which is why you see her dressed just like the other four dancers.
