I was in the hospital last Christmas and it was so rough. I’m trying to desensitize myself to Christmas stuff (especially the music) bc it’s always been my favorite time of year and used to be a favorite holiday. I also have a surgery on January that’s really major and triggering my medical trauma like crazy. This is a perfect way for me to be exposed to it safely and in a comforting way so I really appreciate it a lot
