I had to change to a better HDMI cable to play movies in 4k.
But I still have 2 issues:
- Sometime when Chome is playing some (streaming) videos, I have a black screen. If I clear the data then it works but the issue comes back 5mn later :(
- On Android 11 when I pressed for a while the right button of my mouse I was able to switch to another application but on Android 13 I did not found any shortcut to do it ?
For anyone interested, this unit works 'excellent' with the MINIX A3 2.4G Wireless Air Mouse :)
Basically, this remote turns the H96 into a Minix unit. The power button on the top of the remote doesn't work but it's not a big deal. The air mouse is responsive and flawless, even the voice commands work once configured.
Hello, I need your help, I bought a H96 Max Rockchip RK3528 8K TV box Android 13.0, but the problem I have is that every time I turn it off, when I start it again the configuration returns to English, I am from Mexico and I configure it to Spanish but it returns to English every time. I have to turn it on again, I have also realized that several Streaming applications when putting the audio in Spanish do not respect it and can only be heard in English, could you help me?

I bought it to substitute my old one running on android 10. This thing is running on Android TV OS instead of normal android. That means the box lacks features (no upper bar where you can access notifications and turn and off features) and is very limited regarding the google app store. My air mouse didn't work fully, I don't recommend this thing.
Did you try to install any apk program?
I agree, i rec'd mine yesterday but so disappointed with the limited access to settings and no navigation bar.

not, is not, even in the main menu the speed of the tvbox is to slow, you should use it at 720p to have a good performance speed

I received this model 4 weeks ago. Works well and is fast, but i miss the nav bar and access to all settings of my old Android 7 box but definitely a nice upgrade from my old Android 7 box👍

Is there a better remote control available for this unit? The supplied remote doesn't work with Netflix, can't scroll through the content at all. Also, it is difficult to navigate through RUclips music stuff using that pointer thing which is very slow to move. RUclips works rather well though, scrolling through the content is very good with the supplied remote. This unit needs a Minix style remote with the quick pointer. I've gone back to using the Minix U9 updated to Android 7.1 and it flies, Unfortunately the H96 has now bee relegated to the sidelines. If I had known how bad the remote is, I wouldn't have purchased this Android TV Box.

Es un engaño. Tengo otros Android box antiguos y funcionan mejor.
No compres Android box con procesador rk3528. Perderás tu dinero.

trae un android 13 trucho, debe ser un android viejo en realidad, las aplicaciones se cierran, otras ni abren como claro video y otras, pluto tv app no abre a menos que le cambies en la configuracion de la aplicacion de television a Normal, claro video ni d ebroma abre videos ni canales, en los navegadores no puedes configurar que se abran con la pagina de inicio que selecciones, ni activar la barra de favoritos en ningun navegador. es una total porqueria que solo para ver youtube te va a servir.
