Converter doesn't affect Investigate.
Dex will not affect Cast Time.

kuha ka atk spd +crit items . tas mace mastery lvl 10, triple attk lvl 10. hahaha

You probably 1hit lvl 62 mobs because your lvl is higher than the mob

I've been 1hitting the mobs at lvl 60. :)

i can 1hit mobs in north prontera btw im only lvl 60 bash type
