      There is a huge difference in the basic anatomy between a man and a woman. This is recognised but that doesn't mean that women are not capable of working, in many industries most of the labour is women workers. Gender equality is a must and if they don't do night shifts its because of 'men' who rape them and sexually harass them. So all of the men's problems and issues are projected on them. Why do you think women don't work at night shifts? And these pay scales are generally related to managerial positions which women are more than capable of working on while matching the capabilites of that of a man. Many researchers have done detailed researches on how women are actually more emotionally mature and are better at leadership positions as compared to men. Its a shame how these types of questions are still asked in our society.

      Reward includes botho monetary as well non monetary where as compensation is monetary,
      Compensation is the part of reward
