Just like aadhar card we can create a birth certificate with a unique number for everyone. And that same number can be used to login and create an account for the social media. And with that this number should be generated by the govt so that if something wrong happens then both government and private companies can be held responsible.

India should not do this because Social media is a great tool. And it's the weapon of the future. It'll make things difficult for Indian students. Instead social media accounts of minors should be under jurisdiction of parents. And under govt. Scrutiny. As this will teach childrenn about privacy and it's importance and data safety and other stuff. It also helps children develop a mental strength.
