His setup to hold the template is next level. It looks like he has a foot pedal for the rotation too. (The trick is a mechanism like the one here that adjust height and width no matter the template and has virtually no movement.. this has all three)
I wonder what cement, mortar, and Portland type cement he's using along with the ratios at the diffent layers/ stages?
Do you have some idea sir on how to make this kind of round table?
I wander how he is going to transport it and how to sell. Or is he works on pre orders?
I also want to know this, experimentation is the only way unless they will answer on their facebook page :)

you guys are working too hard. you should use an internal core made of styrofoam or eps and pile the sand on that. You could probably just pile blocks of styrofoam on the plate and pour the sand atop the blocks.
