A new favorite! Even the breath part is a little bit softer so that with earbuds it doesn't sound quite so loud. The descriptions of food can be wonderful although as I'm trying to sleep sometimes that makes me want to get up and eat! :D. The episodes use all five senses. Each episode can have specific scents and textures, vivid visions.... they are full, rich Experiences.
It has now been six months to the day that I have slept every single night without exception after Decades of severe insomnia. I first heard this podcast September 19th. It has changed my life like nothing else I've ever tried.
    My gratitude grows and grows.

Thanks you so much for the creator of this sleepy stories. I couldn't sleep for the past 36 hours because my mind was overwhelming with worries and all. I had a inguinal hernia surgery few days ago and it's al much paining that I'm unable to sleep. I tried everything from meditation to listening religious songs but I couldn't sleep. But I tried it for the last and yes I could sleep. Writing ✍️ this review after waking up ⏰. Thanks so much. 🙏

I celebrate for you! Yes physical pain destroys sleep. I thought there's just no way I will get to ever sleep again. But "Nothing Much Happens" has and continues to save my life. My 2 kitties are grateful too 😽😸
