Dear Donna - We are happy that you enjoyed it! Thank you very much for watching and for writing to us! It means so much to us to hear from you. It was lovely being there. All the best, Connie and David
David I used to kayak down lieutenant river. I'm also an artist. You are like a scientific historian painter. I paint by sight love to add pink to all my painting but you understand the mechanics. So few artists are in your caliber. I'm Karel a pleasure meeting you.
"It's a poem" I love that, and it totally comes through in your tutorial. Nobody is afraid to write a poem, but painting can be so intimidating. Great instruction❤

Hi, janerogers! We are happy that you watched our programs and enjoyed them! It means so much to us to hear from you and we are creating new programs as well. All the best, Connie and David
David, this is the third video I’ve watched tonight. It’s like watching Bob Ross, if Bob Ross were a good painter and gave us a steady patter of art history. 😄 A few thoughts. I’ve watched the one on Turner, Etretat, and now this one. One thing I’ve noticed is you always end up with a David Dunlop. 🙂 Well, not surprising. I would say the Turner was the most like your style. This, not so much. More of lip service to Impressionism. You can’t really get the optical mixing with a green oxide underpainting and a Bob Ross brush. 😝 But it’s a beautiful painting and your ability to get these effects with acrylics is impressive. I’m sure I’ll be watching them all. Thanks for making and sharing them. Very well done!
Magnificant. It's been a great watch. Loved your painting.
You are the best David, I'm enjoying each videos and your poetic way of painting, greetings from south west of France!

If I weren't already a David Dunlop fan, this video seals it- Outstanding!

Great video. What kind of brushes are you using in this video? That info would really help a rookie like me. Thanks.
I do not know acrylics were dangerous; I thought only oil paints were? Great video . Thank you so much
