The scene you wanted to be explained was kind of explained later. However…i wonder what Purple Computer’s objective is. Only Dio will tell.
If you think about it, the alliance is kind of in the wrong. They legit took an alien from its planet. However, not all lf them are in the fault, PC Lady felt bad for doing that to Hawkeye’s daughter so i feel that the Higher-Ups of the Alliance, and the Necromancer are the bad guys as of now. Maybe the Skibidi’s but i don’t know right now.

26:01 it was the infected sonar titan he got upgraded he fought big man and almost lost to big man before his upgrade but frankinstine and phantom toilet (the fnaf crying kid toilet) came to help sonar titan

Actually the alliance captured venom and took control over his mind and got him on his side which was kinda bad and hawk ey daughter was not triadian. Alliance puted a sample of tri titan's power in her, which made a connection between tri titan and hawk eye daughter.
