Farming rares on the timeless isles has been giving me around 7.5k bronze an hour + around 1.5k threads an hour.
Regular zones you can get your daily world boss kills + regular rares that are usually pretty uncontested and warscouts and warbringer elites!

I've just been solo farming Scarlet monastery. Takes 3 mins per run, nets you 600~ bronze and 400~ threads. You're locked to 10 runs per hour. But every 30 mins that's 6k bronze and 4k threads

@@Pajkpajk you can find an npc called Dawnbringer Riyang inside Mogu'shan Palace. He'll let you que up for it solo

Lots of farms on the channel are more hardcore ways to farm - it's worth to check some of them out :D
