I mean, I can kinda see where roblox is coming from due to there being lots of bad people and stuff, but like maybe roblox should monitor more in that case?
it is restricted but as long you have parent permission you can chat but its hard to make one

this will suck to some under 13 ppl who are cc's like me that will like make some things way harder like just talking to friends overall is just much harder why dont they just make it a parental option too is my questions.
