There's a reason why Talanta stadium was chosen to host the opening and closing ceremonies of the Afcon, it's the only city in the three countries that has high capacity roads and numerous Airbnbs and other accommodations plus the stadium being significantly larger and a football only stadium it had to be Nairobi. And Nairobi has as much touristic sites as Mombasa, wild animals attract more tourists than beaches
@@Riley_sa eldoret and probably kisumu are other cities probably likely to host some of the soccer bonanza,are they any better compared to mombasa or is just politics at play..mombasa already has a venue that needs refurbishme to and is within kenya in a place that generates a lions share of revenue to this country almost close to nairobi but instead you find other less influential footballing places being placed ahead and for your information who told you that nairobi alone is going to host all afcon matches that will take place in kenyan soil,with such I see kenya not even progressing beyond knock-outs on its soil
