If you think I've provided value, would you be willing to leave a review on Google?
It only takes a few seconds and it would help me tremendously. It will help people who need immigration help to find me.
It would be GREATLY appreciated! g.page/manning-asylum-law/review?rc

@@politicalasylumlawyers Thank you so much sir for your kind response. I am really willing to talk with you . Now got the opportunity. Thanks almighty. I have submitted my I 859 asylum application in 2021 based on domestic violence… Already I have done my biometric. Waiting for my in person interview. I will be really grateful if you shade some light on my case and guide me through some idea or something that I need to prepare for my interview that lead my case positive towards the Asylum officer. I know you’re working basically in political grounds but as a asylum officer you must have some overall idea about all ground. Thank you Manning .

Thank you. Would you please do a video about how journalists, whistleblowers, human rights defenders fit into the framework, especially when they are arbitrarily arrested, malicously prosecuted, intimidated into silence toconceal crimes, corruption and human rights abuses by authorities? You could use the present situation in Iran as an example. What evidence is needed? How to focus if multiple incidents? How to submit audio, video evidence? ( or post it to youtube so they can not avoid it!?Lol)

How do journalists, HRDs with evidence of judicial , police, prosecutorial conflicts and corruption involving public contracts fit in, even if from a "safe" country? Rule of law seriously affected.

If you marry a U.S. citizen, you may be able to get a green card through them. but don’t withdraw your asylum claim until you have a green card in your hand.
