Flipkart actually making fool to customers now a days , i had ordered one product with 2 quantity they send me wrong product then i applied for return , delivery boy picked up parcel (2 products included in one box) but they considered is as 1 product and made refund for only one product and giving excuses for 2nd will take two more days for refund 💔💔
Bhai Flipkart ka alag hai, agar apko return karna hai majority of product Inka aise hai ke aapko video recorder karna hai jab aap open karoge agar video nhi hai to return nhi hoga , aise condition hai. To agar aap Flipkart se product le rahe ho to jab open Karo pehle hi video banana chalu karo open karne se pehle hi start Karo.

I ordered my laptop on 13 June then my order cancelled due to shipment lost and replacement of same product arranged and I received my product on 25 June I got a defective product so I contacted to Flipkart customer service they told me that there is no replacement policy for this order so I contacted to brand executive and I cancelled my order for refund and technician visit done on 5july and I got DOA CERTIFICATE for replacement but still not updated in app and not got picked up yet there is almost 1 month I didn't get my laptop neither refund. I placed laptop for study purpose and I lost my time. the Flipkart service are very wrost Abhi call aya tha bol rhe technical issue hai 2 -3 baar call aa chuka h har baar bolte h technician issue h
Flipkart sells dublicate or used products, recently i bought a powerbank of 20k mah of boat... With full charge it couldn't even fully charge my phone with 4700 mah

Flipkart needs to start verifying what the seller is selling. If the brand seal is missing then it should be rejected by flipkart.
