Ignacio "Casper" Rosario was sent to New Mexico & was in Tamms.I was with him when he was sent to NM,that was in 1996 & about 1998 he was sent to Tamms.
I was in statesville during Caspers time there I was in B west but back then it was all open so we always went to F house yard and chill with brothers there ...Then I got shipped to Menard and then placed in Pontiac seg till I got out in 2010 they had the brothers on lock down in Pontiac

Its a fact and should be left at that. Im always down to kick some knowledge to both the younger and the older homies cuz trust me theres a whole lotta young men that grew up in gang areas thar had to make decisions and also were being manipulating into thinking a way of living is right when its the not im 31 ive talked to plenty dudes thats 20 years older like dam how did that pass me by?
