i can see Unmove def being a key piece to help defeat Victor if Andy ever lets him back out again. Just freeze him in place and put the card back in his head. Great pick up for the Union.
The thing ive come to love about Undead Unluck is that it lowkey mocks the whole "speed feats" with most shonens by giving a majority of the negators "speedster counters". A majority of the negators in this series are restrainer types. Meaning once your caught in the power you aint getting out. Chikaras is lowkey my favorite bc its so simple yet busted. Anything Chikara looks at instantly halts. Doesnt matter what it is. How big it is. How fast its going. Or how strong it is. As long as it can be visibly seen even as a blurr itll stop. And all Chikara has to do is keep his eyes open. The effects is off when he shuts his eyes and resumes when they open. Handy power. And a speedsters worse nightmare once they get caught. Easy to deal with just dont let him see you. However that logic goes out the window once he expands his perception so now he can stop you if he can hear you. So thats a power with a 360 degree range to it. Neat huh? Any questions?

It looks cool on paper, now we have to think about the possible applications of the ability while we wait for more future interactions with Unmove. I agree with the comments in this thread though, it’s a good support ability and not everyone needs to be or should be a powerful combatant since we already have multiple of those in Union.
