Richard Reyes Faulkerson, Jr. (born January 2, 1992), popularly known by his stage name Alden Richards, is a Filipino actor, host, model and recording artist. He is best known as the other half of the AlDub love team opposite Maine Mendoza. The couple regularly appear in the Kalyeserye segment of Eat Bulaga! and now starring in their first Teleserye Destined to Be Yours. His other notable works include Alakdana, Tween Hearts, One True Love, Carmela, The Road, My Bebe Love #KiligPaMore and Imagine You and Me. He is also known for his role as Lakan in the reboot series of Encantadia. During the 29th PMPC Star Awards for Television in 2015, Richards won his first Best Actor award for his portrayal of José Rizal in Ilustrado.[2]
As a recording artist, Richards released two albums, a self-titled album in 2013 under Universal Records and Wish I May in 2015 under

Thank you for posting this vid! These 2 young artists have captured the hearts of the Filipino people not only because of their talent but also because of what they have done to help others. One of their shows "Ang Tamang Panahon" aside from getting the Guiness World record for highest number of tweets (41 million) in a day also raised money to build several libraries for the use of poor school children in different parts of the Philippines. Individually they have helped indigenous people in the Philippines thru their charity works. Even their supporters (ALDUB Nation) have done their share in helping others in need like organizing outreach feeding programs for the poor, medical/dental programs & blood donation too. Aside from having top grossing movies and TV shows, Alden & Maine are also considered as the top endorsers of the country having more than 40 ads together & individually. But in spite of all of these successes they have remained humble & appreciative of their supporters. That is why we love & support them so much!

I love this video. Alden and Maine are very popular stars of in the Philippines. they are not just good actors but good persons as well. they are also called the phenomenal love in this generation. they have no airs. very humble people. good role models for the youth.
Alden and Maine give a lot of joy and happiness to their fans who love them because of the good kids that they really are. Despite the fact that they are THE MOST popular love team here in the Philippines since they accidentally got paired up in July 16, 2015. Their fandom ranges from the very young to the elderly and from the poor to the extremely wealthy. Unlike other Fan Clubs, AlDub Nation (ADN), [as their different fan clubs is called when being referred to as a whole] like their idols, do charity work and outreaches. They are the top endorsers in the country and extremely popular yet they are down to earth and very humble. Their fans love them because both Alden and Maine genuinely loves them back and are forever expressing how grateful they are of the love and support they receive. Some fans that met them at LAX traveled from other US states (like Seattle and Oregon) as well as a group of 8 or 10 individuals from Canada. Their show in Pasadena Civic Center last April 9 was a huge success with tickets sold out and their fans going home happy and smiling. To most os us ADN's, they are our happy pill.

Indeed PHENOMENAL... they filled up the WORLD'S LARGEST INDOOR ARENA ( PHILIPPINE ARENA with 55,000 SEATING CAPACITY ) ALDUB has over 50 TVads and ENDORSEMENTS in less than a year... SOLD OUT ALBUMS, SOLD OUT MAGAZINE COVERS, Blockbuster Movies, Sold out endorsements.... ;) some of their endorsements are MCDONALD'S, COCA-COLA, TIDE, OPlus Phone, OPPO phone :) from shampoo to detergent soap to fabcon to bleaching soap... Lol they have all endorsements... lol everything you need in the house they have it from cooking to LUGGAGE, Shoes... Lol
Wow, to have all of that amount of fame and still be humble. I have to give them credit. I have a friend who's been a popular star in Thailand for many years. She's still very humble as well. Trick is never let the stardom get to your head. Thank you audiophile guy for your reply.

Thanks for the response; I was awed watching it. Truly! They get the usual reception not just here at home but abroad, too! But looking at this airport scene (not to mention, another similar airport scene in Italy where they filmed a movie together) gives me goosebumps!!! LAX of all places... I'm flabbergasted. Your vid is interesting because it's done and has captured scenes at close range, and it showed other scenes that were not captured by other vids posted earlier. Incredible, just watching it... Thanks again!
