I’ve dropped her out of frustration with her Grapple being buggy but Uraraka is very fun when she works. I’m assuming the low win rate is from her being unlocked by default and people not understanding her kit as easy as Deku or Mt. lady.
She is pretty much useless until she get her beta quirk maxed.

@@obama6770same with aizawa he’s useless without a team and even then he’s super lackluster and I find myself constantly rescuing and reviving him when he’s on my team. I’ve never been killed by one.
That was the sickest Uravity gameplay I've seen. Might have to give her another try.... or I could wait for the grapple fix...
Also at 16:31 you got shield knocked from the Dabi burn. Its a really stupid interaction and always feels clunky.
Uraraka having the lowest win rate did not surprise me in the slightest. Available from the get go means a lot of the data comes from brand new players. Her Alpha being bugged is mostly the issue balance wise. I'm not sure why it's broken, it sort of feels like a latency desync, which I think is probably the culprit for quite a few issues. It works properly in training mode from what I can tell, but even in a bot game it suddenly becomes far less consistent.
Still fun character though. I'm looking to play her a bunch once she's fixed, but until then I'm all about that frog life.
I've actually managed to make her alpha work somewhat consistently now it's her beta that's the issue, all her damage comes from it being level 9. A character that's so dependent on a level 9 skill is a bit of an issue cause you have to move away from your team go off and level it up and this when you're planning with randoms is bascially throwing the game cause by the time you get it lvl 9 your team is dead cause they're STUPID and don't know not to get in a fight if the whole team isn't there and they die and you just get jumped and killed by a 3 stack then you die too

lvling a talent to 9 isnt even an issue its just the bug i think she will be top tier when she is fixed even now she is very good
@@emreksakol5512 Getting her to 9 isn't an issue, getting her to 9 FAST without your team dying is the isuue. And that's not to mention landing spots you could land somewhere and get jumped by several other teams. There are so many factors and issues that play into her having so many problems, like her health being one of the lowest in the game meaning a max level bakugo & deku can basically 2 shot you. And honestly her beta isn't even that good when a bakugo can pop up behind you and snipe you out of it lol
I will say one thing, as a guy that probably can’t say “Ochaco main”, I believe that the big reason why she was brought down so much is because of the event. As we said for all might being number, not exactly everyone can play all might because of the grind to get him, resorting to new players if they want to play him having to use a ticket which they only get 3 a day. All might is an all round character and absolutely incredible, I’d say he’s a direct upgrade of deku even, and with a main player base of people that are either experienced or just truly dedicated will bring him over the edge. Ochaco is a pretty good character I’d say, but she is not as versatile as the rest so in certain situations a newer player will simply not do well. Plus the event incentives playing her, along with her being one of the starter characters, a lot of people gravitated towards her and didn’t have the correct counter plays so they died. I will say, Ochaco is still an amazing character if you master her, and to me she is super fun, don’t let the bug or the win rate drive you away from her, the bug sucks but you can still zoom around with her alpha
Sure she's buggy and kinda a one trick pony, but I will say her gamma -> alpha -> beta combo is one of the most satisfying combos to land in the game for me

As a pro Rank Ochako main I also expected compress to be bottom, but I did still think she'd be bottom 10 for sure and probably even bottom 5. She has several issues.
1. Obviously the alpha, her main strong suit is her mobility and with that only working like less than half the time that's bad.
2. She's very combo reliant like Iida, which is a rarity in this game. Most characters just have to point and shoot and do way more damage than she does playing optimally anyway.
3. then not only is her damage higher skill based requiring her to be up close and personal in danger while she's a low HP character and landing y > a > b combos and then reading the direction they dodge two-three times after to get a kill even at level 9 all skills, but she ALSO has some of the most advanced movement in the game since you have to use your environment well and think about the angle you're slingshotting yourself rather than most characters who can just look any direction and push their movement button and instantly go that direction like bakugo, mt lady, all might, deku, etc.
and 4. The biggest weakness imo, she is literally U S E L E S S until she's level 9. I honestly think she's the weakest character in the entire game even below compress until she's level 9 beta, then I would say she's somewhere in the middle. This makes her incredibly inconsistent, sometimes you just get ganked before you can find enough cards and there's nothing you can do about it, and you also have to play pretty flawlessly because if you do die even if your team revives you, unlike most characters who just come back with less damage her and compress literally lose their main useful move until they somehow find 8 cards in late game which you probably won't. So you literally just can't die. Especially if you play with 2 randoms always like me, your randoms are usually not going to think about what the team needs and rush in and die before you find 9 levels and then quit instantly because you didn't suicide with them and then it's a solo trio half the time lol
Oh but I do agree when she gets to level 9, is played very well, and has a good team supporting her she can be one of the scariest characters in the entire game. It just takes much more to make that happened compared to almost any of the others, and also she has so many little things like those I explained that basically cause her to have very low consistency. I think that's the main reason for the low win rate. You really can't make it happen every single game. She's a little luck dependent.
If they fix her zodiac wire then I would say she would be higher in the winrate but so many people dont like to play her bc her bug AND shes also just weak bc her hp is low compared to others. Either they should fix her bug and leave her like that or add more hp bc her bug is so annoying I cant tell you how many times Ive died bc I couldnt get out of the situation bc literally ALL my wires were bugged and didn't connect. Its fustrating bc I truly love her as a character and I cant play her to her full potential bc of these damn bugs. I thought they would have fixed it by aizawas patch but nope..
The only time I got match with you (yesterday) I was Bakugo and my game crashed x) You won the game with cementos (my friend) that time.
Most likely people drop her cause she's difficult to play and requires patience in learning her kit unlike other characters. A good example of this is RichysHQ videos where he dominates entire games with her which just means she CAN be top tier if people got use to her playstyle.

Id say the event lowered her winrate, it incentivised people to use her and her kits strength isnt as immediately apparent as froppys

Nobody knew how to play her when the game came out , so everyone maxed her alpha and used it as a projectile like Deku or Bakugo.
@@GalaLaxiand since the meta was all about sniping, Tsu, Deku, Bakugo, and Todoroki got an upper advantage due to their ability to snipe and reposition.
But Uraraka's actually best at countering this heroes, especially with maxed 9 skills. Due to her insane movement thanks to her special action, she can traverse most of the map with just one grapple which can be an advantage of countering such metas.
Too bad, her grapple is bugged... 😅
I feel like they should have given her extra HP, shes the only character that has 250 HP. Shes really a nice character to use, if the grapple works correctly that is
I think you should make an Ibara video- I’ve actually become an Ibara main and I think she’s easily top tier. While she has no movement tech, she’s a very good zoner and does tons of damage off of all of her skills. This isn’t to mention the 400 HP and resurrection quirk.

She just needs her alpha fixed and an hp buff to 300 and she would be good I think. She has the lowest win rate but she's definitely still pretty good even with the bug.

Her Beta is really only good at max. Anything below is a higher chance of loss. Doesnt make it better that the alpha is still bugged. Compared to other characters, i think shes balanced-ish. Least compared to others like Iida, Tsuyu, and others who just give you a harder time
*Edit*: ok i wouldnt say anything below a maxxed beta isnt good? But its not a skill where you can leave at a 6, till endgame, compared to other skills for other characters

If she didn't have her alpha bugeted she would be higher in the victory rankings.
You know you can use the rainbow skill card to level up your side card for extra attack, defense,speed, and or reload.

How come sometimes when my attacks get stopped/interrupted entirely by someone else it still counts as using the skill?? Is that normal? For instance as shigi I’ll be mid air dropping my decay and I’ll get hit, not only does it stop the decay entirely from landing but my cooldown starts as if I used the skill?
It's not a bug, your attack just got interrupted, so you have to wait for it to go off cooldown since it technically did come out before you got hit.

Her beta just doesn’t match with her archetype.She can chase you down and basically stun lock you with the car it needs to knock down after the first hit for how much damage it does it’s too strong which makes the rest of the kit feel lackluster.
So you want it to do 50 damage and then knock you down ? Way to bump her to the worst character in game
