I have this exact model in red but 2018. Im very happy with it. Got rid of my Nissan Navara and bought a 6x4 trailer to tow with it as my work car. I service it every 20,000km and is still under warranty and not one thing has ever gone wrong with it so far with 92,000km on the odometer. The only thing I would criticize is the 9 speed auto transmission. It likes to drop too many gears when going downhill so I find I have to manually select and hold a higher gear. Fuel economy under 6L on the highway and just under 7L around town. Also uses between 8-9L when towing my work trailer which is less than my navara was. This is not a performance car. It is not a fast car. But if you want luxury and so far proven reliability its an awesome choice. Mine doesnt use adblue
hello, according your fuel economy which is +- 6.0L/100km, I can assume that I''have lower than your at a 1.6 Multijet FWD 2019 that I'm about to buy. Right?
The engine isn’t bad by itself, the real issue is that awful 9-speed gearbox. Other cars with that 2.0L diesel, but with a different auto/manual transmission, perform way better than this.
I have the 2018 year model and yes its not a fast car but keeps up with everything else I drive next to. Plus its built to go off road so maybe watch some of its offroad videos to see what it can do
I know a guy who just traded a grand Cherokee (about 10yo) for a newer one. Everything on the older car shit itself yet he bought another one, I guess that’s the definition of insanity. Doing the same thing but expecting a different result.
Exciting stuff starts at 3:30

@@nickdedes9823 im not sure. I didnt know they had a 1.6 multijet in 2019. I thought they are all 2.0L
Lmao, it went through about a million gears before it even reach 100 km/h
It went through 4 which is normal for an auto with so many gears
they should call it the jeep citrus because this thing is an absolute lemon
shield.
I used to have a wk2 Grand Cherokee with the 3ltr V6 diesel. Was awesome.

Give this baby a 7 speed gearbox and almost all it's problems would be solved.
There are a lot of great diesel cars in the world, but they have gone from our market.
Yikes that is some crappy performance figures all round!
