Hi David, 18:49 are we only turning right when the only right filter light is on or straigh and right both on?

You should only turn right with priority when you have the green filter signal, the other signals do not apply to you.

Hi David, one doubt on video at 6.59 second (Hermiston Spiral RA) I can see signal is amber but still he crossed, Is this allowed? to move when in amber from Green

Sure, your right,, it was close but provided the 1st light protected by the white line entering any junction does not go red in your face. Deepak was at a point of no return . But well spotted :)
