As a quick note on the RA combos: Pretty much all I can recall right now get better if you do the Ra cancel before the screw and then screw with qcb+4 into Deathfist. As an example, the RA combo here showed d/f+2 d/f+1~b 4 dash qcf+1 RA~b qcf+2 for 71 damage. If instead you do d/f+2 RA~b qcb+4 dash qcf+2 you get 83. Substantially more easy and still more damaging. Even if you hate quarter circle motions, you can do ...RA~b d/f+2~b 4, which will result in 81 damage. Works on most launchers, except those that leave you crouching/rising, like f,F+4 (technically, you can f,F+4 d/b+1 WS1 RA~b qcb+4 dash qcf+2, but those early weak hits in d/b+1 and WS1 ruin the scaling, leaving you with less damage than a normal combo while still expending Rage) and a few others, like WS2, CH qcf+3, CH qcb+3. Noticeably, it works on FC d/f+1+2 after a dash! EDIT: Just realised (and tested) you can do EVEN better: launcher RA~b u/f,n,4 d/f+1~b 4 dash qcf+2. On a d/f+2 launcher, that's 86 damage.
You can remove all the excess crap from standard combos and just spin into whatever finisher you want. It's more damage. The only time it's helpful to tack on all the extra stuff is when you're 100% confident you can get a wall splat from the extra carry range.
For those of you wondering. Here is the release schedule of the remaining quicknotes guides. Please bear with me if they take a while to come out, these things are getting tedious to make =) 1.) Yoshimitsu 2.) Kazumi 3.) Jack-7 4.) Master Raven 5.) Claudio 6.) Hwoarang 7) Feng 8.) Asuka 9.) Josie 10.) Alisa 11.) Lili 12.) Xiaoyu 13.) Gigas 14.) Lucky Chloe 15.) Kuma & Panda 16.) Eddy
Very helpful vid especially for both old and new players. I hope you get to do every character eventually but would happy to see one for dragunov and king since I'm having the most trouble with them.
thats why i asked if its consistent because a 75 dmg combo out from Qcf 3+4 is freaking good, not to mention if you fuck up the mini dash before 3,2 it will become a f,f+3. So can you give the full notation on that combo with details even on mini dashes etc ?
It's pretty straightforward. Qcf3+4, f+4, ff n 32, b+12 S! ff qcf+2. Note that this combos only works on standing opponents not crouching opponents. Also the deathfist will never hit clean.
cutcc thanks for that. I'm gonna try that when I get home. The only true follow up I could do out of Qcf3+4 in practice mode was a deathfist, even the ff2:1 was hard consistently. Thanks.
Nice costume fits the music , and to be honest i always hate the costumes that i see from other youtubers cuz its ugly and makes the fighting stage looks like a circus , but yours stands out.
1,2,3 is pretty situational. If I recall you can get punished for doing 1,2,3 even on hit. So it's only a good move to use when you know it's going to kill.
these are the notations used in tekken so that it can be interpreted across all platforms. QCF means quarter circle forward, QCB means quarter circle back etc. This means you rotate your thumb on the directional pad from down -> down-forward -> forward in a circular motion. hope that makes sense

This is probably the best Tekken tutorial I've seen so far. Good job, man
Man these quicknotes are awesome man, I really appreciate it. The music on this one is awesome also

some of these still works on season.3
hoping Paul is not nerf in season.4
Great reference guide i know it takes time but can u put in inputs 4 rookies like me lol or tell me that get up combo...... ty 4 ur channel
I find that a better wallsplat throw is his DF1+3, QCF2, since there's no harm to you if they break it.
Forgot the homing moves
What's the name of the song?
What’s the input for 4:15?
BF+1, into QCF+2
is 4:50 a consistent combo or even an online combo ? did you pull it off consistently in an online match ?
It's consistent but it's hard to do. If you want an easier version do Qcf3+4 into FF+2:1 justframe.

Okay thanks, I'd be going into a combo vortex for this one......, Qcf 3+4 combo window is very tight

Please make asuka too
Will ya??
great video and nice ace attorney music :)
B3 -> WS3,2 also allows for more flexibility with your ender, since you're not hitting them nearly as many times.
Would you be able to do a Yoshimitsu quick notes? I love Yoshi.
What is stand for i b q???
what's i b q?
Pls do asuka pls
Hello, these are super helpful! Can you do a Lars Quicknotes next?
I will keep that in mind, just have to do Law and DVJ first =)
cutcc Awesome man thank you!
cutcc Hey I just asked for a eddy video. but have you considered a yoshi video too?
Also, Dragunov please
This is great.
Nice costume fits the music , and to be honest i always hate the costumes that i see from other youtubers cuz its ugly and makes the fighting stage looks like a circus , but yours stands out.
I also did some Quick Notes for Paul, you might wanna check it out Kappa
Awesome!
Lol just saw notes ty ty ty
I'm tryna think... Did I fight u once b4 online on PSN?
It's possible
But dude, Paul can do 1, 2, 3 as a i10 punisher cuz its natural combo....

cutcc Oh damn, you were right. - 14 on hit. Even worse is if blocked, you can get RA punished.
we need somthing like tihs for all ch's in tekken 7 please ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yeehaw
WTF is Qcf+2
Man i'm on PS4 with a normal controller with triangle square circle and x buttons ?
Please make for ps4 buttons not PC or idk
Square = 1
Triangle = 2
X = 3
Circle = 4
This goes for every button layout on every system that Tekken is played on. It's not PC specific.
