- We stayed in the world's first ever craft beer hotel in Columbus, Ohio!
Funny story: We saw this hotel featured in an international sky magazine on our flight to Thailand back in 2018. We thought to ourselves... "A hotel over a brewery, with shower beer in every room?! And it's dog friendly?! This is our kinda place!" We knew back then that we DEFINITELY had to check this place out. Fast forward to 2020. We were planning a tour out west for our band. While planning our route, I contacted the folks at BrewDog's DogTap and they booked us for a night of music in the brewery. This would be the first stop of many for our west coast road trip. However, the tour ended up being cancelled due to covid, but we still managed to play the first gig at BrewDog. Since then, we've been hooked and have played (and stayed) several times. We thought it would be cool to bring you guys along for the journey this time because this place is just too good to keep to ourselves!
We stayed the night in the brewmasters suite, drank a lot of amazing craft beer, explored downtown Columbus (Scioto River, North Market - shout out to the amazing dumplings from Momo Ghar (an amazing restaurant featured on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives)) and played a gig at Brewdog's DogTap to end the vlog.

I live in Canal Winchester a .94 mile walk (not that I have ever measured) to BrewDog. It has gotten to where we take it for granted until we find a great video like this, then we appreciate it more. Going to make sure you catch you the next time you are here!
